
For dental hygiene
Brush your teeth after each meal, using a manual or electric, rotating or ultrasonic toothbrush. Clean intervals between teeth once a day, using dental floss or interdental brushes.
Use a toothbrush with a small head and soft to medium bristles. Replace it at least every 8 weeks.
Use a toothpaste with a high fluorine level (above 0,15%) but with little abrasive (abrasiveness RDA – less than 80)
Delay brushing your teeth for 30 minutes if you have eaten food containing acids ( apples, oranges etc.)
